Shipping & Handling - Our flat rate shipping cost is $8.95. This is good for shipments within the United States. We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). For overseas shipments, we will contact you and offer you shipping options which is dependant on shipping location in addition to parcel size and weight.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on purchases of $100 or more within the United States. This special offer is not valid for items that are marked with individual shipping costs.  You will either see notification of this exception in the description of that particular item or we will contact you via email after you place your order to confirm the shipping charge. 

Most items are returnable for exchange or store credit. Please contact us for return authorization. 

Personalized and custom items are not returnable. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately because damage that occurs during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. We ask you to keep all the boxes and packing material because the shipper will usually come to inspect. Customer is responsible for the round trip shipping costs. You must contact us before returning anything to get a return authorization number.

Delivery - We try our best to ship quickly-usually within 24 hours. Delivery normally takes 3-10 days. Custom orders take 2-4 weeks. If you desire an express shipment, please contact customer service via email or phone. 

Special order - items may take two to four weeks for delivery. We will e-mail you if you should anticipate any prolonged waiting period. 

Guarantee - We want you to enjoy our purchases and so you may return merchandise (except for videos, DVDS, cassettes, CDs, computer software and personalized items.). All returns are for exchange or store credit only. We do not issue credit card or check refunds. You must return item within 30 days of purchase and customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges. 

Videos, DVDS, cassettes, CDs and computer software that are defective will be exchanged for the same title only. Return items to J. Levine Co. with all manuals and paperwork and we will ship you a new one at our expense. 


Prices - All prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors. 

Please Note - Many items are handmade and may have slight variations in color and style from what is shown on website.

Tax Exempt Institutions - Tax exempt institutions must include tax exempt form with first order. Many items are available in bulk at a discount for synagogues, schools and other institutions. Please inquire.

Personalized Items - For all inscribed, goldstamped or embroidered items we require you to supply the inscription in writing, either by mail, fax or e-mail. We cannot take personalized information over the phone. 

Gift Certificates - Gift certificates can be mailed or e-mailed to recipient.
